Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn sneakers or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and shoe boxes are intact and undamaged.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
